Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Billing & Revenue Integrity Director to lead Professional Billing and Revenue Integrity across the organization. You will direct workflows, oversee staff, ensure accurate, timely claims, and drive process improvements to support sustainable revenue.

Applicants should have a healthcare administration or finance background, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding, Epic systems, and Excel-based analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field with 4+ years supervising staff in a multi-specialty medical group
• High school diploma with 8+ years in a multi-specialty medical group and 3+ years supervision
• Proven proficiency in financial management including understanding of insurance plans as they relate to physician practice

Responsibilities

• Directs the organization’s Professional Billing and Revenue Integrity functions.
• Oversees billing and revenue integrity operations through management oversight.
• Ensures claims are generated and submitted accurately and timely.
• Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Collaborates with departments to streamline the revenue cycle and achieve accuracy
