Job summary

Asante is seeking a Revenue Integrity & Coding Manager in Medford, OR to lead charge capture and chargemaster maintenance across the revenue cycle, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance for ED and outpatient labs.

The role collaborates with department managers to educate staff on codes, modifiers and pricing, and to improve charge capture timeliness while supporting audits and patient billing resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• 6 years healthcare records coding and billing procedures experience
• Charge master maintenance experience
• Knowledge of governing revenue cycle regulations
• Experience with MedSeries 400 databases
• Ability to run downloads and create query reports
• Familiarity with Optio, ImageNow, MIRA, and patient accounting software

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains charge capture processes and chargemaster to regulatory requirements
• Collaborates with department managers to maintain chargemaster effectiveness (codes, modifiers, pricing)
• Educates revenue-producing departments to improve charge capture timeliness
• Manages nurse audit functions for audits, risk management, and billing complaints
