Oregon Vascular Specialists in the Portland metro area is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead our revenue cycle integrity program. This executive role partners with physicians and third‑party RCM to maximize reimbursement, ensure coding accuracy, and drive financial performance across the practice.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with 5+ years in leadership, healthcare analytics proficiency, and strong knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing physician practice revenue cycle operations required.
• Surgical specialty experience strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive revenue integrity program.
• Monitor charge capture accuracy and reduce revenue leakage.
• Audit coding, documentation, and reimbursement processes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, payer regulations, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS.
• Collaborate with providers to improve clinical documentation and coding accuracy.
• Oversee all phases of the revenue cycle: insurance verification, prior authorizations, AR review, and patient collections.
• Develop strategies to improve collections and reduce denials.
• Lead and mentor revenue cycle staff including prior authorization specialists and schedulers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and payer activity; analyze data to identify improvements.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports; identify underpayments and monitor compliance.
