Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required.
• At least 10 years hospital and physician patient financial services experience.
• Minimum 10 years management experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the physician billing and central billing departments for overall direction and leadership.
• Develop and implement processes and controls to maximize revenue capture.
• Oversee central and physician billing offices and identify revenue leakage or cost reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting in collaboration with senior management.
