Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Two or more years of Epic system experience in Resolute, Prelude, Claims or Charge Router.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area (preferred).

• Provides EPIC project methodology guidance to users and technical staff.
• Assists cross-functional teams involved in implementation and upgrades.
• Builds reports and provides data analysis for billing and collections.
• Maintains EPIC system performance and ensures seamless interfaces with other systems.
