Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Billing & Revenue Integrity Director to lead the Professional Billing and Revenue Integrity functions, ensuring clean claims and timely submissions. The role provides executive oversight, aligns processes with payer requirements, and drives continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in leadership within a multi-specialty medical group, with strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field; 4+ years supervising staff in a multi-specialty medical group.
• Proven proficiency in financial management and understanding of insurance plans for physician practice.
• Preferred: CPC or RHIA/AHIMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct Professional Billing and Revenue Integrity functions.
• Lead operational workflows to move patient encounters to initial claim submission.
• Supervise managers and staff; ensure objectives are met.
• Establish standardized revenue cycle processes; maintain compliance.
• Analyze root causes of denials and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline revenue cycle procedures.
• Lead system upgrades planning and implementation.
