Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator in Florida to manage client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoicing, identify discrepancies, and support the revenue cycle with reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to manage billing expectations.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle management and AR-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
• Assist in client communications to resolve billing issues.
