• Epic Resolute certification preferred; knowledge of major EHR and revenue cycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, triages, and documents application issues and cases.
• Maintains detailed project documentation and tests internal releases.
• Provides training for internal users.
• Monitors system availability with admins and analysts.
• Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Generates revenue integrity KPIs and presents findings to leadership.
