Rochester Regional Health in Potsdam, NY is seeking a Revenue Integrity Coordinator to support accurate charging, coding, and documentation across departments.

Under the Manager of Revenue Integrity, you will assist with audits, provider education, and resolution of billing issues. This hybrid role requires a high school diploma and a coding credential or equivalent revenue cycle experience.

• Coding credential (e.g., RHIT, CCS) or equivalent revenue cycle experience.
• Experience with billing and documentation systems.
• General knowledge of reimbursement regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts charge capture, coding, documentation, and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and billing compliance.
• Reviews audit findings with leadership and recommends process improvements.
• Analyzes charge capture trends and audit reports to identify missed revenue opportunities.
• Identifies and resolves charging, coding, documentation, and billing discrepancies in EPIC and related systems.
• Provides feedback and guidance to providers and staff on documentation accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Develops and delivers training on charge capture, coding, documentation standards, and regulatory updates.
