Job summary

Obie is seeking an analytics professional to join the RevOps and Analytics Business Insights team. You will blend SQL, Python, data viz, and AI with insurance industry knowledge to drive data-informed decisions and partner with stakeholders from Growth to Finance.

You’ll own analyses, build dashboards in Sigma, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure data quality while guiding executives and teams with trusted insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics or business analytics with strong SQL abilities.
• Knowledge and interest in insurance.
• Ability to drive initiatives start to end.
• Ability to deep dive into data and synthesize insights for stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses to understand drivers of growth or stagnation.
• Conduct analyses to provide insight into critical business questions.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Sigma BI tool.
• Align analytics and reporting needs across departments with data engineers and analysts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliations.
