EvolutionIQ is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to act as analytics expert for internal stakeholders and clients. You will drive data-driven decisions, build insights from large datasets, and partner with engineering and product teams to scale analytics across offerings.

You will mentor junior analysts, design experiments, and create dashboards that communicate ROI and product impact to stakeholders and clients in the insurance space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analysis/quantitative roles, ML or product context.
• Masters in statistics or equivalent with applied data focus.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments with clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives for leadership with ROI-focused outcomes.
• Partner with ML, product, and engineering teams on data-driven decisions.
• Create client-facing data stories and dashboards to drive adoption.
• Design and analyze experiments, interpret results for product direction.
• Build reusable analytics pipelines and maintainable code.
