Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support data analytics on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to aid client decisions and underwriting evaluations.

You will partner with benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights, support renewals and business development, and develop clear reports and presentations that communicate complex information to both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance/economics/statistics/mathematics/actuarial science or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation.
• Provide underwriting support through data-driven recommendations for carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
