Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate within the company’s operational footprint.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Field Operations, Commercial, Product Supply Planning, and Customer Management.
• Work with mentors; set learning objectives and report progress.
• Travel within the territory to learn from leaders and attend leadership summits.
• Complete learning objectives and participate in Leadership Development Program assessments.
