Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; lifting 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the local sales team and rotate through roles to gain exposure within the Sales & Service function.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teammates through shadowing and ride-alongs.
• Maintain daily communication with your manager, mentors, and Sales Leaders for guidance.
• Attend Sales Operations team meetings to stay informed on activities and objectives.
• Gain cross-functional exposure through facility tours and shadow opportunities.
