Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a sequence of learning rotations across value-chain components.
• Travel to other areas within the territory to learn from leaders.
• Report learning objectives and offer business recommendations after each rotation.
• Engage in leadership summits and cross-functional collaboration with Sr. leaders.
