Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager (Revenue) to partner with the VP of Sales on strategic initiatives, performance insights, and cross-functional projects. Early-career professionals will drive initiatives across sales, product, and marketing to unlock growth.

You will build business cases in Excel, translate problems into actionable insights, and influence leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, sales strategy, business ops, or startup environment.
• 8+/10 data proficiency; Excel/Sheets required; SQL and BI tools like Looker/Tableau preferred.
• Proven ability to lead structured projects and execute across teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with execs and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects to improve the sales organization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to remove friction in the sales process.
• Develop data-driven insights for forecasting, territory planning, and dashboards.
