Job summary

GT's Living Foods in the United States is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management to advance GTLF's RGM capabilities and drive profitable, sustainable growth across the portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Growth & Insights, you will partner with Sales, Brand, Insights, Finance, Trade Finance, and IT/Data to translate data and priorities into actionable commercial recommendations, covering pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, trade investment, assortment, and mix.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how pricing, promotions, trade investment, assortment, distribution, and mix impact profitable growth.
• Ability to translate complex analytical and financial information into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Experience with syndicated data and retailer POS data; familiarity with SPINS, Circana, NielsenIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance GTLF's RGM capabilities and drive profitable, sustainable growth across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Brand, Insights, Finance, and Trade Finance to translate data and priorities into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Focus on pricing, price-pack architecture, promotion and trade optimization, customer investment, assortment, and mix.
• Develop repeatable tools, frameworks, and processes to improve RGM capabilities across commercial teams.
• Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for Sales, Brand, Finance, and senior leadership.
