Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, inside sales, customer success, or commercial operations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM preferred.
• Experience with SAP Business One and Zoho Desk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and develop relationships within target industries and segments.
• Coordinate follow-up with marketing leads and post-trade-show campaigns.
• Prepare quotations and manage quotes to improve conversion.
• Support quoting, order entry, onboarding, and returns per defined workflows.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in Zoho CRM.
