Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Manager, Revenue FP&A to drive forecast rigour, reporting accuracy, and strategic partnership across the revenue function. You will own the revenue budget, ARR reporting, and variance analyses, collaborating with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Sales to deliver actionable insights.

The role leads a team of finance analysts, driving process improvements and AI-enabled automation to streamline forecasting and improve decision quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance experience focusing on revenue, sales finance, or commercial FP&A.
• SaaS metrics fluency with ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and related metrics.
• Experience with CRM and revenue systems (Salesforce and ERP/EP systems).
• Strong analytical, modeling, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue budget and forecast process with real-time views of forecasts.
• Own ARR/Revenue reporting and consolidation; analyze variances to forecast/budget.
• Validate ARR and Revenue data and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Understand data flows; improve data sources and standardization.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to regional sales, marketing, and client success leaders.
• Drive forecasting, reporting improvements and AI-assisted automation.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts; foster rigor and partnership.
