Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - Revenue in San Francisco (Hybrid, on-site required) to own customer outcomes from integration to production. You’ll diagnose complex data pipelines, build real integrations, and partner with the revenue team to expand adoption.

• Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering.
• Read code, use an API, and build a real POC.
• Own the full lifecycle from demo to deployment.
• Distinguish user error from bugs and product gaps.
• Translate technical detail to business value.

Responsibilities

• Land inside a customer’s environment, understand their needs, and make Firecrawl work.
• Build integrations and POCs with real customer data.
• Diagnose where a customer’s extraction or pipeline breaks.
• Partner with revenue to drive adoption and expansion.
• Be the trusted technical voice and feed insights back to product.
• Know when to solve it or pull in engineering.
