Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking an Implementation Specialist to land in customer environments, wire up integrations, and drive production-ready deployments. You will own onboarding, work directly with real customer data, and resolve issues quickly to achieve time-to-value and adoption.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to translate technical details into business value, balance speed with quality, and thrive in a fast-paced AI infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and onboarding customers in API or AI-driven products.
• Ability to read code, use an API, and build real integrations.
• Track record moving customers from signed to live in production.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end-to-end: land in their environment, scope the integration, and get them to production fast.
• Build the integration against real customer data and troubleshoot blockers to go-live.
• Diagnose where a customer’s extraction or pipeline fails and identify root causes.
• Turn a successful launch into adoption and expansion with the revenue team.
• Be the trusted technical voice during rollout and relay learnings back to product/engineering.
• Decide when to handle issues yourself vs. escalate to engineering.
