Responsibilities

• Own the Closing Process: manage all deals from contract to closing, coordinate documents, payments, and timelines with title and recording offices
• Drive Lender Conversions: contact owner-finance buyers within 24 hours, facilitate lender conversions, generate $5K–$12K in commissions
• Manage Buyer Relationships: main post-sale contact, proactive follow-up, ensure smooth customer experience
• Maintain Operational Excellence: keep records accurate, submit closing packages on time, hit deadlines with zero follow-up; connect buyers with vendors
