Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company in Fort Collins seeks a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist to be the face of our closing team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on coordinating the customer closing experience with precision and warmth.

You will handle daily closing activities, order entries, client inquiries, and data management, while supporting reporting and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, compliant closing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear communication and professional writing skills preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold Land Title culture and coach colleagues.
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely, helpful manner.
• Coordinate daily closing activities, schedules, and events.
• Process New Order Entries following established procedures.
• Compile seller/buyer/borrower profiles in the CRM.
• Prepare reports and support compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support, manage files and office supplies.
• Represent Land Title at after-hours events when required.
• Adapt to related duties to support the team.
