Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy for The Westin Cincinnati to optimize occupancy and rate across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure group business and drive revenue opportunities.
• Analyze performance reports and forecasts to inform daily decisions and long-term plans.
• Present insights, train teams, and drive continuous improvement in revenue processes.
