Responsibilities

• Supports revenue cycle vendor oversight by analyzing vendor performance, service level results, issue trends, and operational data for assigned outsourced revenue cycle functions.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prepare scorecards, track action items, support issue resolution, and contribute to improvements in cash collections, denials, aging, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Applies practical revenue cycle knowledge and standard reporting methods to support consistent vendor performance and informed operational decision-making.
