• Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Understanding Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and payer reimbursement.
• Ability to investigate problems and present actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across billing, submissions, collections, denials and AR.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate claim denials, underpayments, payer delays, aging AR.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports.
• Present findings and practical improvements to Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, front office and clinical teams.
