Job summary

McKesson seeks an experienced revenue cycle leader to oversee operations for The US Oncology Network’s Center of Excellence. This role directs billing, cash collections, and AR management across multi-state sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

You will lead policies, drive performance, and collaborate with practice operations and physician leadership to address challenges, while mentoring managers and delivering results across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve regional- or system-wide performance metrics for billing accuracy and cash collections.
• Develop policies, procedures and work instructions aligned with Network standards.
• Monitor and drive improvements in financial, activity and quality indicators; address gaps with the team.
• Collaborate with practice operations, RBO and leadership to resolve revenue cycle issues.
• Provide onsite leadership support for practice operations and lead as interim revenue cycle leader if needed.
• Set performance objectives and budget for RBO leadership and regional teams; manage regional budget and P&L.
• Mentor employees, conduct reviews, and manage people responsibilities.
