Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Management FP&A to lead strategic financial planning for the US Oncology Network. You will craft analyses, models, forecasts, and executive materials guiding transformation economics, cash flow, and practice-level outcomes.

Reporting to senior finance leaders, you will mentor the FP&A team, drive governance, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams while delivering decision-ready insights and robust performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related analytics.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Healthcare finance and revenue-cycle knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance strategy.
• Advise executives on risks, opportunities, and actions across orgs.
• Build an integrated framework linking financial and operational outcomes.
• Lead revenue-cycle forecasting, cash flow, and reserves analysis.
• Develop business cases and models for transformation programs.
• Oversee month-end close, governance, and reporting standards.
• Coach and develop senior FP&A staff and cross-functional partners.
