Job summary

McKesson, a Fortune 10 company, seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management Finance for The US Oncology Network. You will lead FP&A, revenue accounting, and a new Balance Sheet Reconciliations function, aligning planning, operating metrics, and governance with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include driving working capital, cash flow, and across-network reporting, while guiding transformation, technology initiatives, and talent development in a hybrid, on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, controllership, revenue cycle, consulting, or related field.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience leading leaders.
• Experience leading complex transformation, financial governance, and executive decision-support work.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, long-range outlooks, and performance reporting for Revenue Cycle Management.
• Oversee Revenue Accounting, iReserve, and reporting governance; support monthly close.
• Build a network-wide partnership model across Finance, Controllership, and Operations.
