McKesson Corporation seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management FP&A to lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for The US Oncology Network’s Revenue Cycle Management organization.

The role partners with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and practice leadership to develop models, conduct variance analysis, and deliver decision-ready materials for executive reviews and governance.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, performance reporting, financial modeling, and executive decision support.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders across functions and influence without formal authority.
• Healthcare services or revenue cycle management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading transformation programs and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct RCM financial planning, forecasting, and performance-management strategy.
• Advise executives on risks, opportunities, tradeoffs, and recommendations across the org.
• Build an integrated framework linking financial, operational, and practice outcomes.
