Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Catalyst to support revenue cycle transformation by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. This role connects operations, IT, and automation resources to enhance financial performance across departments.

You will analyze metrics, translate insights into actionable changes, and help document workflows while supporting change management and training efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Some education in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Associates' degree in relevant Healthcare field; process improvement coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with revenue cycle teams to identify pain points and support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with frontline staff to understand current-state workflows and challenges.
• Foster embedded relationships with operational partners for alignment with improvement efforts.
• Conduct data analysis to inform performance improvements and validate results.
• Interpret key metrics such as denial rates and collections efficiency.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for department goals.
• Develop and document current and future-state workflows.
• Map workflows in collaborative sessions using clear visual tools.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure feasibility and adoption.
• Maintain compliance and documentation for implemented improvements.
• Develop training materials and change management activities.
• Provide hands-on assistance during go-lives and onboarding to drive adoption.
