Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Transaction Flow (TF) Consultant to lead and support teams in designing and implementing initiatives that focus on people, process, and technology changes. You will identify initiatives through technical analysis and multi-disciplinary root cause analysis of edits and denials, and utilize Epic optimization to implement new workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field; OR five (5) years of leadership experience in a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience with progressively increasing areas of responsibility in performance improvement, project management, or staff management
