The role combines client leadership with project management, practice development, and technology optimization. Travel within the US is required; compensation reflects market ranges and internal bands.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or equivalent.
• EMR and revenue cycle tech familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute, direct, and oversee revenue cycle data analyses and EMR/workflow performance.
• Lead client interviews and apply analytical tools to determine client needs.
• Develop conclusions and recommendations tied to operational and EMR/tech outcomes.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and client communications.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality in deliverables.
• Participate in practice development and technology optimization efforts.
