Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to join our team. The role is full-time and hybrid, offering a blend of on-site and remote work within the Virginia area.

You will prepare QA documents, training materials, workflows, and standard work, while supporting the implementation and documentation of training programs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to identify barriers and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, quality assurance, finance, customer service, data analytics, system analytics, IT, hospital billing, or physician billing.
• Bachelor's degree or an additional six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA documents, training documents, workflows, standard work, and visual media for the team.
• Support development, implementation, and documentation of training.
• Attend and provide onsite support for program areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team members for process improvement ideas.
• Inform and consult with team members, leaders, and stakeholders about barriers to team results.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Inova is looking for a dedicated Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to join the team. This role will be full-time hybrid
