Qualifications

• 3+ years in a healthcare revenue cycle setting or trainer role.
• Quest ICD10 certification required within 6 months of start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Internal employees must maintain Quest ICD10; external hires must obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Reviews processes to ensure adherence to departmental policies, SOPs, payor requirements; creates SOPs based on audits.
• Performs quality audits, tracks performance, and prepares reports; develops action plans and coaching to improve accuracy.
• Designs and delivers structured training programs; updates materials and SOPs as system changes occur; conducts classroom and virtual training.
• Partners with leaders to identify root causes of errors and implement workflow improvements; serves as SME for revenue cycle workflows and billing practices.
• Completes administrative tasks supporting department functions including escalations, documentation, and reporting.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and exceptional customer service; maintains professional relationships across the organization.
