Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer & Auditor to drive performance improvements across supported practices by auditing, training, and process optimization.

This role partners with Revenue Cycle Leadership and Practice Managers, develops training programs, analyzes KPIs, and supports onboarding of acquisitions, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8-5 and a pay range of $75,000-$85,000.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience auditing revenue cycle processes and KPI analysis.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs for revenue cycle improvements.
• Strong understanding of AR, collections, denials, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Audits across assigned practices including Patient AR, Insurance AR, adjustments, and collections.
• Performs root-cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and revenue leakage.
• Develops audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Analyzes KPIs such as collections, AR aging, denial trends, and payment posting.
• Presents performance reviews to Practice Managers and leadership.
• Implements training programs and coaching based on audit findings.
