Job summary

SGA Dental Partners OPCO LLC is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Trainer & Auditor to lead audits, design training programs, and drive KPI-driven improvements across supported practices. The role partners with Revenue Cycle Leadership, Operations, Practice Managers, and office teams to standardize processes and enhance financial outcomes.

The position supports onboarding of new acquisitions, conducts comprehensive audits (Patient AR, Insurance AR, denials), and delivers targeted

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management or related healthcare dental operations.
• 3+ years creating and delivering revenue cycle training programs.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, AR processes, denials, and best practices.
• Experience conducting audits, data analysis, and corrective action planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive revenue cycle audits across practices, including AR workflows and revenue leakage.
• Develop and deliver training programs, materials, workflows, and job aids.
• Standardize policies and workflows across the organization to improve KPI performance.
• Support onboarding of new acquisitions with post-close training and workflow implementation.
• Analyze KPIs and present performance reviews to leadership and stakeholders.
