Job summary

sgadental is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer & Auditor to drive performance improvement across practices. You will audit patient AR, insurance AR, adjustments, and collections while developing targeted training programs to close gaps.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle Leadership, Practice Managers, and office staff to standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and support onboarding for acquisitions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management or related healthcare operations.
• 3+ years developing and delivering revenue cycle training materials.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and workflow optimization.
• Experience conducting audits and providing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Audits across practices including patient AR, insurance AR, adjustments, and collections.
• analyzes KPI performance and identifies gaps and risks.
• Develops and delivers targeted training programs and materials.
• Collaborates with leadership to standardize processes and onboarding.
