Job summary

Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, with a focus on revenue cycle management. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for the money-in path, from insurer payments to ledger posting and bank reconciliation, while ensuring accuracy, auditable history, and trusted financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software engineers (hiring, performance, career growth).
• Track record shipping and operating financial, payments, billing, reconciliation systems.
• Strong technical judgment on large databases, batch pipelines, and complex business rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–8+ backend engineers across payments and reconciliation systems.
• Own quarterly planning, roadmap delivery, and incident response.
• Hire, coach, and develop senior engineers and maintain reliable, auditable money systems.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and finance to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards.
