Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience in financial analysis or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, SQL Server, ERP and analysis services.
• Expert knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, revenue recognition, AR management.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience and billing systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and auditors interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Revenue Financial Analysts and Revenue Financial Analysts.
• Analyze large volumes of revenue cycle data to identify trends and revenue improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports on KPIs like DSO, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
• Lead revenue cycle optimization projects from data collection to implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies in charge capture, coding, claims submission, and posting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and patient financial services to implement improvements.
