Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis or revenue cycle management with healthcare focus is required
• Proficiency with data warehouses, BI tools, SQL, ERP and analysis services preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Revenue Financial Analysts and Revenue Financial Analysts
• Extract and analyze large volumes of revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create dashboards and reports showing KPIs like DSO, denial rates, and collection efficiency
• Lead revenue cycle optimization projects and implement new strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines
• Collaborate with billing, coding, patient financial services, and registration teams
