Qualifications

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience including denials management.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and third-party payer processes.
• Experience with reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce denials.
• Review codes, billing information, payer policies, testing protocols, and internal docs to support accurate claim decisions and appeals.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ICD-10, and state/federal requirements.
