SanStone Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a Revenue Cycle Assistant Business Office Manager to support the facility's billing and collections. This in-person role reports to the Administrator and focuses on daily revenue cycle activities.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, preparing claims for Medicare/Medicaid, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate resident financial records. You will collaborate with care teams and residents to ensure compliant, timely billing.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience from Medicare/Medicaid billing perspective.
• Experience with insurance verifications and patient billing.
• Ability to explain financial information to residents and families.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable and resident billing.
• Follow up on Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance claims.
• Assist with Medicaid pending applications according to NC requirements.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss pensions, trusts, eligibility.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and maintain AR reporting.
• Maintain resident trust accounts and process statements.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Business Office Manager daily.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
