Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Revenue Cycle Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, and regulatory compliance for a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina.

The role requires 2–3 years in healthcare billing, Medicare/Medicaid experience, and strong leadership. In-office attendance is required five days a week, with occasional exceptions for manager-on-duty hours.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of healthcare billing and collections experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and resident billing for Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-up on denials or unpaid balances.
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle reports and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support facility operations.
