Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all billing and collecting tasks for Private Pay, Medicaid, Hospice and Managed Care.
• Oversees completion of all business office tasks.
• Analyzes financial data to monitor progress and identify improvements.
• Participates in development and implementation of improvement plans.
• Provides training to business office staff.
• Promotes communication with Medicaid caseworkers, residents, and stakeholders.
• Coordinates meetings and trainings; stays updated on policies and regulations.
• Keeps abreast of state, federal and company policies.
