Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist II to provide commercial collections support within Patient Financial Services. You will review and resubmit claims, perform account follow-up, and keep information current in the billing system.

We value strong customer service, analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret payor contracts and adhere to policy. Cross-training and back-up coverage are possible.

Competenze

• 2+ years hospital or professional billing/collections experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Medicare/Medicaid payors experience a plus.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Mansioni

• Review and resubmit claims to third-party payors.
• Perform account follow-up activities and update information on accounts.
• Maintain data accuracy and adhere to payment timelines.
• Cross-train in other revenue cycle functions as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and communication with payors and patients.
