Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Revenue Cycle SME to drive process improvements within the Middle Revenue Cycle. You will collaborate with IT, Automation, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and design technical specifications.
You will support testing, data validation, and rollout of Middle Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring dashboards and reports are accurate and actionable while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
- 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or related roles.
- Epic Certification in at least 1 major Epic Module preferred.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient data confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in Middle Revenue Cycle.
- Partner with Automation and Operations to implement automations.
- Provide SME support during Revenue Cycle initiatives.
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements for systems.
