Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a detail-driven professional to optimize Middle Revenue Cycle processes and drive automation initiatives. You will collaborate with IT, Automation, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure accurate data across systems.

The role requires strong Epic knowledge, familiarity with charge integrity and coding workflows, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle with coding, charge integrity, or hospital billing.
• Epic certification in at least one major module preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in Middle Revenue Cycle.
• Partner with Automation and Operations to implement automations.
• Lead trainings to stay current on workflows and technology capabilities.
• Provide SME support for Revenue Cycle projects and initiatives.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements for systems.
