Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hospital or physician billing or related area.
• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle initiatives across hospital departments and centralized offices.
• Create, maintain and monitor best practice workflows with Revenue Cycle leaders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and communicate them to leadership.
• Supervise performance to ensure timely, accurate patient billing activities.
