This position supports Banner Health’s strategic growth across various operations including acute care, ambulatory services, medical groups, insurance, academic, and research. It involves planning, business case development, market analysis, and partnership evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting planning and development of business and operational strategies.
• Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic relationships.
• Improving planning processes and tools, including analytic models and due diligence.
• Providing decision support and technical expertise to leadership.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field, with 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2+ years managing projects over $10 million. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Preferred qualifications: Experience in health systems or health plans is highly desirable.

Additional notes: This is a full-time, mid-senior level role, primarily remote within specified states, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily AZ time.
